Introduction

We propose a few occupations practitioners and counsellors may choose from. These occupations are based on adherence to the VNI Consultants' unique BluAgile® Methodology and the EICK Framework of core competencies required to practice in these occupations. The adherence to the preset core competencies ensures compliance and the quality of the acquired occupational skills. 

Practitioners and counsellors must credential as practicing individuals in these occupations, earning badges of competency in the respective subjects and or modules taught, and they keep themselves current by continuously engaging with the institution affirming Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

Exploring the dependent, independent and interdependent contexts.

The Cooperative Context of the Practitioner module is founded on the holistic persona as dependent, independent and interdependent living entities.  Practitioners discover the relevance and application of the BluAgile® constructs. They are introduced to the concept of integrating an existence as a holistic being that is noticed integrally, such as intellectual, emotional, social, physical, artistic, creative, ecological awareness, and spiritual competencies. The BluAgile® constructs are as follows:

The degree to which Practitioners enable the required agility between business processes and fulfilment.

The degree to which Practitioners enable the required agility between their own archetypes and practising realities.

The degree to which Practitioners maximise the relationship that exists between collaboration and knowledge.

Collaboration

An effective method of transferring 'know-how' among Practitioners, is critical to creating and sustaining a competitive advantage. Collaboration is a key tenet of Knowledge Management (KM).

Customisation

The degree to which Practitioners maximise the relationship between knowledge and transformation.

Intuitiveness

The degree to which the Practitioners maximise their own ability to use their skills based on what they feel to be true even without conscious reasoning.

Authenticity

Establish & configure the degree to which Practitioners enable the required agility between originality and fulfilment.

The Confluence of Perceived Realities (EICK)

The Intermediate Filters of the EICK Framework

The EICK Framework provides four alternative intermediate 'filters' practitioners depend on to comprehend their own realities that facilitate perceptual and circumstantial learning events. The individual compares, constructs and composes an understanding of practitioner skills or deeds in a perceived 'habitual' reality, referred to as EthiNomix™. In addition, individuals also assimilate the imagination and revolutionisation of the practitioner concepts not ostensibly associated with each other, portrayed in a perceived 'universal' reality known as IntelliNomix™. Thirdly, the individual senses and interprets certain sentiments, impressions and sensations portrayed in a perceived 'collaboral' reality of the practitioner, which is called CollaboraNomix™ and finally the individual enquires, rationalises, and formulates an understanding of the expertise and skill acquired during change occurrences in a perceived 'factual' reality also referred to as KnowNomix™. The Nomices confluence to produce a unique practitioner fractal, as a holistic person, like the seemingly circuitous images in a kaleidoscope (Du Toit, 2020).

EthiNomix™
The Management of Ethics module deals with diverse particular value-sets that exist, which are rooted in incongruent cultures.  Learners discover that the Management of Ethics thinking construct may be associated with the particular value-sets of individuals as being structured, traditional and foundational thinking.
IntelliNomix™
The Management of Intelligence module provides an understanding of the depth of peoples’ intellectual proficiencies, revealing wicked problems, societal challenges and malfunctioning practices such as hidden agendas, corruption, immorality and voracity, which are inconsistent and complex.  Learners discover that the Management of Intelligence thinking construct may be associated with individuals' intellectual proficiency to conceptualise, assimilate and thinking holistically. 
CollaboraNomix™
The Management of Collaboration module provides an understanding of inadequate emotional discernment of the masses and subsequent retorts of leaders, resulting in a pitiable judgement by stakeholders.  Learners discover that the Management of Collaboration thinking construct may be associated with the individuals’ emotional astuteness as being kinaesthetic, interpersonal and sensory thinking.


KnowNomix™
The Management of Knowledge module deals with people’s appreciation of meaning that is contradictory due to political, economic, social, technological, legislative and environmental inequalities.  Learners discover that the Management of Knowledge thinking construct may be associated with an individual’s appreciation of meaning that is based on analytical, logical and inquisitive thinking.

Thinking in Action (FLOAT)

FLOAT Battery of Profiles

Thinking in Action provides an in-depth understanding of the higher-order thinking processes involved in exercising active control over the cognitive process engaged in transdisciplinary thinking. Practitioners discover the presence of thinking constructs processed in the brain and whole-brain-induced learning across contexts. The impact on 'knowing' the self, others, and teams within an organisational context through whole-brain insight are learnt. The skills required to interpret and apply the thinking preference profiles of the NBI® practitioner techniques through a transdisciplinary framework are acquired. The FLOAT battery of preference profiles i.e. Feel, Learn, Operate, Acknowledge and Think forms the foundation for the Practitioner’s point of departure.
Feel
The feeling or temperament profile provides an understanding of the individual’s affection associated with aspects such as introversion, extroversion, emotional and unemotional, and illuminates the strengths and weaknesses associated with each temperament type.
Learn

The learning profile provides an understanding of the individual’s learning preferences associated with aspects such as sensation, watching, reasoning and doing, and enlightens the learning environment largely associated with the individual.

Operate

The skills profile provides an understanding of how the individual would like to operate with reference to competence associated with aspects such as being analytical, structured, empathetic and conceptual.  This profile indicates the supports the prominent thinking constructs of the individual and provides an indications of the skills gap between the individual and the individual’s correlating occupation.

Acknowledge

The leadership profile provides an understanding of the individual’s preferences acknowledging certain leadership characteristics, such as analytical, structured, empathetic and conceptual.  This profile indicates the prominent thinking constructs the individual engages in response to being lead.

Think

The thinking profile provides an understanding of the individual’s thinking preferences, associated with aspects such as being analytical, structured, empathetic and conceptual.  This profile indicates the prominent thinking constructs and the correlating likelihoods of the individual’s occupational choices.
