Guidance Foundation

The BluAgile® Guidance Foundation module underpins the foundational competencies required to practice as an integral practitioner. Learners discover the relevance of the habitual, factual, collaboral and universal thinking filters of the guiding mindset, as the first cluster of the foundational competencies, and are introduced to the skills required in demonstrating ethical practices, establishing, and maintaining the guidance agreement, enabling trust and security during the guidance journey, and having a universal presence. The confluence of the guidance thinking filters encapsulates the complexity and causation principles used during guidance activities that ensure sound conceptualisation of the guiding principles, such as corroborated and uncorroborated order, spatiality and perceptuality, and the intricacies of the formal and informal relationships..

Co-create Connexions
The Co-create Guidance Connexions module expands on the foundational competencies required to practice as a coach and or a counsellor viz-a-viz demonstrating ethical practices, instituting an appreciation of meaning, cultivating intuitive emotions, and assimilating a universal presence. The Co-create Guidance Connexions module provides the foundation of the foundational competencies used by coaches and counsellors who will deliver coachees. Aspirant BluAgile® Guidance Practitioners discover that guidance is habitual and susceptible as a value, requires sound knowledge and that certain principles are non-negotiable, is a choice that requires discretional collaboration and is unconventional and omnipresent.
Facilitate Energy

The Facilitate Guidance Energy module extends the foundational competencies as the guiding principles of the role of the BluAgile® Guidance Practitioner as a change agent who guides the anticipated change in their participants and who promotes the change with them. As a change guide, the BluAgile® Guidance Practitioner enhances understanding and awareness as the authenticator and enabler of change their participants agree to. As the change promoter, the BluAgile® Guidance Practitioner promotes the change through advocacy that facilitates buy-in, ownership and cooperation from their participants.

Cultivate Learning
In the Cultivate Learning module, BluAgile® Guidance Practitioners discover the relevance of certain dependencies and learn how to disseminate the conditional dependencies, the independencies that are self-governing, and the interdependencies that are symbiotic of the guidance relationship on their participants' guidance journeys.
Holistic Guidance Assessment
Holistic Guidance Assessment provides an overview of the mechanisms needed to measure integral guidance as an attribute and the distinction between whole-person actuality people and guiding holistically. Learners discover the essentials of integral guidance assessment and gain insight into the measurability of whole-person actuality.
Applied Holistic Guidance
Applied Holistic Guidance provides learners with in-depth knowledge and understanding of whole-person intelligence, noticed integrally, such as intellectual, emotional, social, physical and spiritual competencies, values and opinions about the self, others and the whole-person environment. Learners discover how to apply integral guidance as a concept in learning organisations, engage collaboratively in guidance, guidance and continuous learning, and ethical guidance dilemmas.
