Change Propensity

Learn about the recognition, modification and reconstruction of transformational fractals, which are organisational patterns repeating themselves throughout the integrated system of the organisation, consisting of self-organised processes and structures, non-linear iterative connections and the inexact predictability of the behaviour of the system. The transformation fractal is entrenched in the constituent parts of the cognitive constructs, the confluence of transformation thinking realities and several transformation frameworks that combine to form the three-dimensional transformation machinery to be utilised during transformation occurrences.
