Support Foundation

The Support Foundation module lays the foundation for the core competencies required to practice as a Safeguarding Practitioner. Learners discover the relevance of the habitual, factual, collaboral and universal thinking filters of the supportive counsellor mindset, as the first cluster of the core competencies, and are introduced to the skills required in demonstrating ethical practices, establishing and maintaining the supportive counselling agreement, enabling trust and security during the supportive counselling journey and having a universal presence. The confluence of the supportive counselling thinking filters encapsulates the complexity and causation principles used during supportive counselling activities that ensure sound conceptualisation of the supportive counselling principles, such as corroborated and uncorroborated order, spatiality and perceptuality, and the intricacies of the formal and informal relationships.

Co-create Connexions
The Co-create Connexions module expands on the core competencies required to practice as a safeguarding & wellbeing practitioner viz-a-viz demonstrating ethical practices, instituting an appreciation of meaning, cultivating intuitive emotions, and assimilating a universal presence. The Co-create Connexions module provides the foundation of the core competencies used by safeguarding & wellbeing practitioners to counsel and direct their participants. Aspirant Safeguarding Practitioners discover that supportive counselling is habitual and susceptible as a value, requires sound knowledge that certain principles are non-negotiable, is a choice that requires discretional collaboration and is unconventional and omnipresent.
Facilitate Energy

The Facilitate Energy module extends the core competencies as the supportive counselling principles of the role of the Safeguarding Practitioner as a change agent that guides the anticipated change in their participants and who promotes the change with them. As a change guide, the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Practitioner enhances understanding and awareness as the authenticator and enabler of change their participants agree to. As the change promoter, the Safeguarding Practitioner promotes the change through advocacy that facilitates buy-in, ownership and cooperation from their participants.

Cultivate Learning

In the Cultivate Learning module, Safeguarding Practitioners discover the relevance of certain dependencies and learn how to disseminate the dependencies that are conditional, the independencies that are self-governing, and the interdependencies that are symbiotic of the supportive counselling relationship on their participants' counselling journeys.

Safeguarding Assessment

Safeguarding & Wellbeing Assessment provides an overview of the mechanisms needed to measure supportive counselling as an attribute and the distinction between whole-person actuality people and counselling supportively and holistically. Learners discover the essentials of supportive counselling assessment and gain insight into the measurability of whole-person actuality.

Applied Safeguarding

Applied Safeguarding provides learners with in-depth knowledge and understanding of whole-person intelligence, noticed integrally, such as intellectual, emotional, social, physical and spiritual competencies, values and opinions about the self, others and the environment. Learners discover how to apply supportive counselling holistically as a concept in learning organisations, engage collaboratively in supportive counselling, supportive counselling and continuous learning, and ethical supportive counselling dilemmas.
